Agricultural trade fair kicks off in Can Tho

Approximately 50 foreign exhibitors from the Republic of Korea, India, Japan, the US, France, the UK, Germany and Singapore are participating in the five-day event running through November 22, said the organizers.

The fair showcases the regions newest achievements in agriculture in indoor and outdoor exhibition areas, housing everything from breeding livestock displays and agricultural machinery to food produce and grains.

A wide array of activities are planned over the course of the event including a match-making meeting for businesses, supermarkets and online retailers. It will also feature a forum on modern agricultural development and a summit for agriculture sightseeing.
