Fever of roses as Valentine’s Day coming

PSNews-On the verge of the Valentine’s Day, prices of roses and other popular flowers saw a sharp increase, compared to previous days.

Accordingly, the wholesale price of the red rose has soared 3 times while other color roses have also slightly risen in price.
Other kinds of flowers, such as Transvaal daisy or gerbera, limonium and lisianthus in various flower villages in Da Lat, also rose 30-50 % in price.
The increase in price originated from short supplies of flowers. Flower traders from various Southern provinces are now flocking to Da Lat to buy roses. Prices of flowers are predicted to keep rising as Valentine’s Day is coming closer.
