French beef industry introducing their secrets in Viet Nam

A series of events to introduce “French Beef in Vietnam” in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be held from 6th to 8th December.
In order to once again prove its strong interest in the Vietnamese market, INTERBEV, the French National Livestock and Meat Interprofessional Association, is holding a series of events to introduce “French Beef in Vietnam” in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City between December 6th and 8th 2016.

These events will be attended by three French manufacturing and trading companies, Tropal en Bresse, SVA Jean Rozé and Pegase BVS.

The program will include: seminars presenting the beef industry and produces; culinary shows and showcases of beef dishes as well as a breakfast for Vietnamese culinary bloggers - BtoB meetings between French firms and Vietnamese importers; dinner VIP at HCMC.

Since 2015, French beef has returned to the Vietnamese market (sanitary checks being resumed at the end of August 2015). Vietnamese interest in beef and beef offals continues to rise. Between January and June, French companies had exported 100 tons of frozen beef and 270 tons of beef offals to Viet Nam.
