Imported car market of Vietnam robustly fluctuated

PSNews - Similarly, cars imported from the UK and Japan into Vietnam respectively reached 105 and 1000 pieces, much lower than the previous year. 

The volume of cars imported from Indonesia is on an upward trend, while car imports from other countries are declining.

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, in the first 3 months of 2017, the volume of cars imported from Germany was decreased to just 365 cars.

Similarly, cars imported from the UK and Japan into Vietnam respectively reached 105 and 1000 pieces, much lower than the previous year.

However, ASEAN and India have remained the two largest automobile exporters to Vietnam. The number of cars imported from Indonesia since the beginning of this year has reached 4,400 units, up by 5 times compared to the same period last year.

Meanwhile, cars, imported from Thailand and India in Q1-2017, were respectively 10,000 and 4,800 units.
