Vietnam national flag carrier ranked top of YouGov’s Best Brands

This is the second consecutive year that Vietnam Airlines listed the first place of YouGov's Best Brands, highlighting their success in providing high-quality services that are capable of meeting customer demands despite suffering from the COVID-19 impact.
As reported, the rankings are based on the score provided by YouGov’s BrandIndex, through an online survey conducted from October 2019 to September 2020 to collect consumer opinions about 251 brands nationwide.
The COVID-19 outbreak has dealt a big blow to transport services, yet Vietnam Airlines has managed to maintain operation in an attempt to weather the crisis.
The airline has received plenty of awards in recent weeks from domestic and international organisations, such as the Top 10 Famous Brands of Vietnam in 2020 as voted for by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association.
Vietnam Airlines also received the title of Best Customer Experience Brand in Vietnam as voted for by KPMG - a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services - and ranked among the top 10 most powerful brands in Vietnam following a survey by Campaign Asia - Pacific in collaboration with market research company Nielsen.
