The Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment has granted a business license to Vinpearl Air Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Vingroup.

Meanwhile, Vingrouphas signed a cooperation agreement with CAE Oxford Aviation Academy, a world leading aeronautical training institution, to establish the School of Aviation Engineering (VinAviation School) and Vinpearl Air Training Center (VPA Training Center) in Vietnam.

It is expected that some 400 qualified pilots and mechanics will graduate the two schools each year.

Vinpearl Air offers specialized and refresher courses for pilots and various kinds of aviation workers.
