The concept of national unity for Russia is always of special and profound meaning. In this vast country, people of different ethnic groups, religious beliefs and different political views have lived in peace and harmony for centuries.

That is the premise for Russia's strength and prosperity. Today, the achievements of Russia come not only from the people living in it, but also from tens of thousands of people who love Russia as well as those who speak Russian and appreciate the Russian culture.

Meanwhile, the Day for those, who have studied in Russia, has been held in Vietnam since 2014. It aims to promote dialogues between Vietnamese State officials, social activists, scientists, graduates of both Soviet Russian universities and their Russian counterparts, to further develop the friendly relationship between Russia and Vietnam
