Da Nang among world’s best place to live

PSNews – The Travel and Invest Overseas Magazine (LIO) has announced the list of 10 best places to live abroad in 2018. Da Nang, Vietnam has been listed.

In addition to popular cities in the Europe, this year’s list names 4 new cities in 4 different countries, namely Vietnam, Italy, Slovenia and Indonesia. The 10 foreign cities worth living in 2018 include Lisbon (Portugal); Cali (Colombia); Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic); San Pedro (Ambergris); Caye (Belize); Saint-Chinian (France); CittàSant'Angelo (Italy); Ljubljana (Slovenia); Playa del Carmen (Mexico); Bali (Indonesia) and Da Nang (Vietnam).
According to official reports, Vietnam welcomed more than 10 million foreign tourists in 2016, up by 24% against 2015. In 2017, Da Nang welcomed 6.6 million visitors, including over 2.3 million international visitors. The city’s total revenues from tourism reached VND19,504 billion. In 2018, Da Nang’s tourism industry aims to welcome about 7.47 million visitors and gain estimated total revenues of VND 22.5 billion.
