H’hen Nie, 25, born in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak, was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2017. |

| H’hen, from the Ede ethnic minority group, is a free model in Ho Chi Minh City. |

| She’s 1.72 m tall with the measurements of 84-60-93 cm. |

She has been renowned as a “black pearl” with her brown complexion, athletic build and confident and energetic strutting skills. |

The ethnic beauty has received a crown named “Empower” worth VND 2.7 billion. She will also represent Vietnam at the Miss Universe 2018. |

In addition to the main title “Miss Universe Vietnam”, she has also won the title “Beauty of the Sea”. |

The 3rd Miss Universe Vietnam pageant was organized in a format of a reality show called “I am Miss Universe Vietnam”. The two previous pageants were organized in 2008 and 2015, crowning 2 outstanding beauties of Thuy Lam and Pham Huong, respectively. |
