Famous Korean artists to perform in Vietnam
PSNews – The Vietnam – Republic of Korea (RoK) culture and food festival will take place in Starlake Hanoi from November 30 to December 2, with the participation of over 140 booths, aiming to promote Korean culture in Vietnam as well as tighten relations between the two countries.

This will be the 10th Vietnam-RoK culture and food festival in Vietnam, co-chaired by the RoK Embassy to Vietnam, the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Korean Seafood and Foodstuffs Distribution Corporation (aT) and KOPIA center.
The Korean Association in Hanoi will be responsible for organizing this event, with the sponsorship of Korean agencies, local authorities and enterprises such as the General Department of Korean Culture, the Korean Cultural Center, KAFDA, Daewoo Starlake, the authorities of Jeonbuk, Gangwon, Hamyang.
Taking place in Starlake complex from November 30 to December 2, the event will gather a various of famous Korean artists including, Haha, Skull, Byul, Jeebanoff, Zizo, Reggae M.Tyson, Maasung.
The event will also include a 140 stall food space featuring traditional Korean foods namely kimchi, kimbab, bulgogi, cold noodle soup, and noodles with black bean sauce.
The Vietnam - RoK culture and food festival aims to introduce and traditional food of RoK to Vietnamese people, contributing to tightening relations between the two countries. Additionally, the Korean-Vietnamese Family Association and a number of Vietnamese restaurant will also promote Vietnamese cuisine there.
Vietnam and the RoK established diplomatic ties on December 22, 1992. They set up their comprehensive strategic partnership in August 2001, and agreed to lift ties to a strategic cooperative partnership in October 2009.
