This program will be held once a week to create opportunity for Hanoians to taste delicious Korean food. Earlier, the Korea Agro - Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation started similar programs from June 2016 in an effort to promote Korean specialties, including kimchi soup, gimbap, ginseng chicken soup, mixed vermicelli.
All Korean dishes in this program will be cooked by students of the Cooking Department of the Hanoi Tourism College. In addition, the Organizing Board will open a traditional cooking course with the instruction of Korean chefs and blogger Phan Anh (Esheep).
Mr. Kim Dong Kwan, representative of the Korea Agro - Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation said, he hoped that the program will help Vietnamese people know more about traditional Korean cuisine, contributing to connecting people of the two countries.
