H’Hen Nie’s rivals for the crown of Miss Universe 2018

Beauties from Venezuela, the Philippines, and Peru are among the strong rivals waiting for Vietnamese representative H’Hen Nie at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant scheduled for November this year.
So far, 19 representatives from countries around the globe have been announced as contenders for the Miss Universe 2018 pageant. Among them, Miss Venezuela Sthefany Yoharlis Gutiérrez draws a lot of attention, being a hot favourite for the pageant.
Sthefany, 20, is 1.80 meters tall. She has long dark hair and is strikingly beautiful. She is widely expected to bring the 8

th Miss Universe crown to Venezuela.

Catriona Gray is the first beauty to win both Miss World Philippines and Miss Universe Philippines. The 24-year-old girl is 1.78 meters tall and previously finished in the top 5 at Miss World 2016. With her dazzling good looks, witty humour, and determination to win, Catriona has a good chance of success at Miss Universe 2018.
She also receives great support from local fans.
Miss France Maëva Coucke is currently studying at Lille University while she works as a model.
French beauties have won the highest prize at the pageant twice before, with Miss Universe 1953 Christiane Martel and Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere.
Miss Nicaragua Adriana Paniagua, 20, was crowned Miss Teen International 2011. She catches the eye with her youthful beauty and wonderful figure. Her experience in beauty contests is seen as an advantage for the Nicaraguan in Miss Universe 2018.
Nicaragua first participated in international beauty contests in 1955. Their best recent achievement was a top 15 finish at Miss Universe 2013.
Peru have won Miss Universe once in its history, in 1957. Romina Lozano, their entrant this year, is expected to repeat the feat of 1957.
Romina Lozano, 20, is 1.78 meters tall and measures 90-63-93. She has spent a year preparing for Miss Universe 2018, to give her a good chance.
Miss Indonesia Sonia Fergina Citra, 25, has a charming, gentle beauty.
Indonesian representatives have finished in the top 15 of Miss Universe for four consecutive years (2013-2016). Many local people continue to put their hopes in Sonia Fergina Citra’s success this year.
