HCMC Book Street attracts nearly 100,000 visitors during Tet

PSNews - The management board of HCMC Book Street on February 13 reported that the programme "Doing great things during Tet" has attracted nearly 100,000 visitors with the total revenue of over VND 1 billion. 

This year, the HCMC Book Street's booths focused on introducing many new book collections as well as other famous masterpieces. Visiting HCMC Book Street, people also got chance to select Tet books as presents to their relatives and friends, contributing to build up a beautiful culture in the early spring days. 

Many young people and children spent their time at the mini library of HCMC Book Street. According to a report of the management board, the most sold books focused on literature and life skills.

During Tet holiday, HCMC Book Street has attracted nearly 100,000 visitors with the total revenue of over VND 1 billion. In addition, many other art activities were held here such as drawing cartoonist portrait, playing with watercolor or painting lucky package. 

Particularly, the programme "Market of Love" has mobilized over VND 20 million from visitors, with the aim of supporting for cancer patients at the National Hospital for Children No.2.
