In Vietnam, the 4.0 Industrial Revolution poses both opportunities and challenges for the tourism industry. Vietnam's tourism market is changing due to the development of technology, especially the rapid growth of online travel. This situation forces the entire tourism industry, from the governmental tourism authorities to tourist product and service providers to make a quick change.
Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Minister of Information and Technology Pham Dai Duong says that Vietnam is bestowed upon a variety of potentials to develop tourism. In the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is vital for tourism businesses to grasp the opportunities.
