PSNews - MuiDoi, the easternmost point of Vietnam, is located in Dam Mon village (Van Thanh commune, Van Ninh district, KhanhHoa), about 80km away from Nha Trang.

The site has been recognized as a national relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. A stainless steel landmark was placed in Mui Doi on December 12, 2012 to mark the inland easternmost point of Vietnam.

It is not an easy task to reach Mui Doi. The ideal time for a journey exploring Mui Doi is between January and May, when the weather is not too hot and there is little rain, which would help you save your breath. High temperatures (35-39 degrees Celsius) from June to August and rains from September to December may cause much trouble to visitors.
