At the invitation of the French Embassy in Vietnam, Huynh Khanh Ly (a Vietnamese French) – winner of the Masterchef France 2015 will join the Francophone festival and the French culinary from March 17 – 23, in Hanoi.
Accordingly, within the framework of the festival, Khanh Ly will participate in activities held at the Vietnam National University and meet with the French Alumni Vietnam and those who want to be students of gastronomy in France.
She will show how to make fried French bread at the culinary stand of the Vietnam National University.
After becoming the MasterChef France winner in 2015, she studied hotel and restaurant management at the Institute of Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
Three years ago, she came back to Vietnam for the first time and shared that she loves eating Vietnamese food such as roll cake (rice pancake rolled with meat, herbs and spices), and Mui Preku.
