| Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism on December 23 held a ceremony to welcome the 2millionth international visitor to Nha Trang city in 2017. |
The 2 millionth visitor named Kim Sun Won - a Republic of Korea national, who arrived in Cam Ranh International Airport at 5:50 pm on December 23 on flight VJ839 of Vietjet Air, from Incheon Airport, the Republic of Korea.
Mr. Kim Sun Won was presented with valuable gifts by the Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, including a free 6-month voucher for Vietjet Air's international flights, one night accommodation voucher at Vinpearl Nha Trang Resort along with other high-value vouchers to discover Nha Trang city during his trip.
Two other high-value gift packages were presented to the 1,999,999th and 2,000,001st international visitors to the city, namely Lee Jin Heun and Ha Jin Yu, who were also from South Korea.
Other remaining guests on flight VJ839 also received gifts from a number of tourism agents in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.
Khanh Hoa province has welcomed nearly 5.5 million visitors so far in 2017, of which international visitors reached more than 2 million, earning an estimate revenue of 17,300 billion VND.
