Over 2,000 chefs join “Gout de France” in Vietnam

• Masterchef France Huynh Khanh Ly visits Vietnam
• Gout de France to attract chefs from 24 restaurants nationwide

With the participations of over 2,000 chefs, 150 embassies and nearly 250,000 people around the world, the annual event “Gout de France” will be held to honor the French culinary and lifestyle.

This year’s event will be opened in Vietnam on March 21st, with the participation of famous French chef Alain Dutournier and the winner of Masterchef France 2015 Huynh Khanh Ly, a Vietnamese French lady.

Nearly 25 restaurants in Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh will serve special French dishes on this day.

Additionally, on March 20 evening, in Hanoi, Masterchef Huynh Khanh Ly will attend an exchange meeting with members of the French Alumni Vietnam and those who want to be students of gastronomy in France.

French cuisine is renowned all over the world, contributing to the reputation of the country. According to statistics, one third of the tourists to France want to discover French cuisine and wine.
