Special art program “Independence Star” features Vietnam’s aspiration for peace

PSNews-A Special show called “Sao Doc lap” (Independence Star) was co-organized by the Communist Review Magazine and the Ministry of Information and Communications on September 1.

The show saw the presence of Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Head of the Central Commission for Internal Affairs; Mr. Ha Ngoc Chien, Member of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee, Chairman of the N.A Committee for Ethnic Affairs and various leaders of the Party and State.

The “Independence Star” is an annual event organized by the Communist Review Magazine on the occasion of the National Day, September 2.

This year’s program included a series of meaningful activities to confirm the values of fine traditions of our nation, promote sense of patriotism, and honor the noble sacrifices of generations of the Vietnamese for the independence of the country. Such values have been empowering today’s generations to continuously overcome difficulties and challenges, unite under the Party, and strive to build and develop the country.

The show was divided into three different parts, recalling nation’s resistance wars and the aspirations for national independence as well as building of the Fatherland.
