Ha My, Thuy Tien and Tieu Vy are three of the brightest hopes of the 43 finalists in the running for high prizes in the grand final of the Miss Vietnam 2018 pageant scheduled for September 16 in Ho Chi Minh City.

| Pham Ngoc Ha My, 22, comes from Hanoi and is 1.73 meters tall. She graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and is fluent in both English and French. My was chosen to present a bouquet to US President Donald Trump at Noi Bai International Airport on his visit to Vietnam in November 2017. She receives points for her Asian beauty, knowledge and style. Her only downfalls are for timidity and her buxom figure, she tried her best to lose 20kg before registering for the Miss Vietnam pageant. |

| Tran Tieu Vy from Ho Chi Minh City is 1.74 meters tall and measures 84-63-90. She has a modern beauty, well suited to competition at international pageants. The 18-year-old girl was listed in the top 3 of the Miss Sea session at Miss Vietnam 2018. |

| Nguyen Hoang Bao Chau, 18, is 1.73 meters tall and measures 85-60-93. Chau placed in the top 3 of the Miss Sea session. Her one weak point is the lack of charm in her visage. |

| Huynh Pham Thuy Tien received a lot of attention from the media in the southern region’s qualifiers. The 20-year-old girl won a beauty contest run by the Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City. She has a beautiful face, is 1.70 meters tall and measures 84-63-95. She appears to have lost weight in the 3 months since taking part in Miss Vietnam 2018. |

| Bui Phuong Nga, 20, was named in the top 3 of the Miss Sport and Miss Talent sessions. She is often complimented on her beautiful skin. Nga’s overly slim figure is seen as a minus point. |

| Nguyen Hoai Phuong Anh is 1.75 meters tall and measures 87-66-98. After an excellent performance, she placed in the top 3 of the Miss Fashion session. |

| Vu Huong Giang has an attractive face, is 1.72 meters tall and measures 82-64-98. However she did not made her mark at Miss Vietnam 2018. |

| Vu Hoang Thao Vy, 22, has a bright smile and years of experience on the stage as a model. She was widely complimented on her performance in the Miss Fashion session and placed in the top 3 of the Miss Tourism session. Her thin figure is her one weak point. |

| Ha Luong Bao Hang is 1.68 meters tall. She was named in the top 3 of the Miss Tourism session. |

| Pham Ngoc Linh is a flight attendant and speaks English and Japanese. The 23-year-old girl is clever and has a bright smile. Some say she is more pretty than beautiful, however. |
