The 8th German Film Festival in Vietnam

More than 40 screenings, in original German language with Vietnamese and English subtitles or voice-over, carefully selected films that have been particularly successful in cinemas around the world as well as at the Berlin Film Festival and other prestigious film events, including the Academy Awards, were presented.

"24 Weeks" (24 Wochen)

Director, screenwriter and actress Anne Zohra Berrached will present her award-winning film "24 Weeks" (24 Wochen) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. This is her second feature film which was awarded the biggest German Film Award the Silver Lola. In addition, Anne Zohra Berrached played the female lead role in the film "Millennials", which is also included in this year's lineup.

The German Film Festival 2017 promises a great selection of films with many exciting, moving and inspiring moments for film lovers and for the whole family.

Tickets for all screenings in Haiphong, Da Nang and Hue are free. In Hanoi and HCMC, tickets can be purchased at the price of 20,000VND each.
