Miss International Queen has been held for more than 10 years, and Huong Giang is the first Vietnamese representative to win the highest title at the pageant.

| Miss International Queen was first organized in 2004 in Thailand. Over its 14 years, some pageants did not take place. Vietnamese representative Nguyen Huong Giang surpassed the other 27 contestants to win Miss International Queen 2018 in the grand finale of the pageant in Pattaya, Thailand on March 9. |
