Unique combination between Ao dai and Hue art

Within the framework of the “Hue Art and Ao dai” festival, hundreds of latest Ao dai (traditional dress of Vietnam) designs will be on a live fashion show on Truong Tien bridge, in Hue, on April 30.

Designer Minh Hanh – a representative of the organizing board stated that Hue has born many high-profile painters who have contributed much to the fine art of Vietnam.
The theme of this year-festival represents a unique combination, bringing about both material and spiritual values.
Typical paintings will be designed on various Ao dai samples by 16 famous designers of Vietnam namely Minh Hanh, Ngoc han, Quang Huy, Chu La, Vu Viet Ha, Hien Dang, Thanh Thuy, Xuan Hao, Duy Nguyen, Vu Tran Duc Hai, Nhi Hoang, Do Trinh Hoaii Nam, Quang Tan, Viet Bao, Khanh Shyna and Huu La La
During the festival, many other significant activities, such as free cyclo tour, Ao dai parade and art performances, are expected to be held.
