Vietnam Culinary Conservation - Research - Development Center launched

The Vietnam Tourism Association has decided to set up the Vietnam Culinary Conservation – Research – Development Center with the aims of preserving and promoting the quintessence of every dish and drink of the country, contributing to elevating the position of the Vietnamese cuisine in the region and world.

The center is located at 18 Truong Dinh Street, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City and run by the Culinary Advisory Council and 4 expert sections.

Currently, the center is developing a website in both Vietnamese and English, aiming to provide culinary information for Vietnamese people and foreign visitors.

The website is expected to be put into operation by August -2017.
