Vietnam-Korea Culture & Cuisine Festival 2016

• Mekong Delta Food Festival delights foodies

It offers visitors to taste the Korean food and beverage sold in 100 kiosks of Korean restaurants in Vietnam and 40 Korean enterprises in these two business sectors.

Visitors also savour the Vietnamese traditional cuisine made by members of Korea-Vietnam Family Association including noodles and grilled meat, noodle soup served with beef or chicken, meat roll and the like…

This 8th festival has been organized by South Korean Embassy in Vietnam, Korean Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Korean Minitry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Korean Association in Hanoi; Korean food, agriculture and fisheries distribution corporation (AT); Korean General Department of Rural Development (KOPIA) and Korean Culture Center in Vietnam.

Besides, there are  a huge number of engaging activities for visitors to join, such as: making kimchi by themselves; participating in K-POP dance contest, playing Korean folk games, joining make up tutorials or showing films and so forth…

The real highlight of the festival is the art show with the presence of the Korean rising girl band LABOUM, boy band UKISS, Trot singer Pyeo Seung Yeop, the Viet-Korean singer Hari Won…, Vietnamese diva My Linh and other young singers.
