Vietnam provides free online travel handbook to international visitors

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism announced that, a new website to promote Vietnam tourism has officially launched on July 5, allowing people to download a online travel handbook for free. 

The website has a modern interface, compatible with website of many countries around the world, contributing to providing comprehensive source of information about Vietnam tourism as well as inspiring international tourists about a friendly and beautiful image of Vietnam, with nature landscapes and typical culture. 

This new one covers 5 main categories including:  Charm your senses, Places to go, Things to do, Plan your trip, Travel offers.  Additionally, there are many nice photo and clip about Vietnam's beauty.  

As informed, www.vietnam.travel was built and launched with the great technical support of the Tourism Advisory Board. The website is currently available in English only, but more languages will be introduced. Earlier, the operating board said that they aim to attract 10 million unique users per year.

Tourism is expected to be a key pillar of Vietnam's economy, contributing $32 billion or 10 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) and employing 3.5 million people in 2020.
