20 households evacuated after “sinkhole” appears in Hanoi

An area of land suddenly sank in Quang Bi commune, Chuong My, Hanoi, on April 6th.
According to the local authorities, the incident happened when a local family drilled a well in the area. As the well was 4 meters deep, the house nearby was tilted, and the hole appeared. Luckily, all people living nearby were called in time to evacuate.
