300 leading medical experts participate in the 7th Vietnamese – French Pediatrics Conference

PSNews – At the conference, experts delivered nearly 30 speeches regarding cardiology, respiratory, image analyzation; diagnostic issues from the fetal stage to child ages; health and ethical laws; diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of prenatal and postnatal pulmonary deformities, roles of the pediatricians.

National Children Hospital No.2 held the 7th Vietnamese – French Pediatrics Conference from December 18-19, in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 300 leading medical experts of the two sides. 

At the conference, experts delivered nearly 30 speeches regarding cardiology, respiratory, image analyzation; diagnostic issues from the fetal stage to child ages; health and ethical laws; diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of prenatal and postnatal pulmonary deformities, roles of the pediatricians.

Trinh Huu Tung, Director of National Children Hospital No.2 stated that the conference aimed to promote the medical cooperation between Vietnamese doctors and world’s leading experts, especially French medical ones. The conference also created opportunity for Vietnamese health practitioners to improve their skills, experiences and knowledge of modern medical techniques of the world, contributing to better serving patients.

On this occasion, National Children Hospital No.2 and the French CHU Grenoble Institute signed a cooperation agreement. Accordingly, the two sides will continue providing medical training to doctors and nurses of Children Hospital No.2 and French CHU Grenoble Institute via conferences, remote diagnosis and exchange students from Vietnam to France and from France to Vietnam.
