300 photos of Uncle Ho on display at Presidential Palace

Over 300 rare photos and files regarding Uncle Ho are on display at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi.

This exhibition is part of activities to mark the 131st birthday of Uncle Ho (May 19, 1890 – 2021) and 110 years He began his journey to seek national salvation as well as 15 years of implementing the Politburo’s directive on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought and morals.

The exhibition is divided into 3 sections with different themes. The first category, themed Ho Chi Minh – an example of revolutionary morality, consists of 170 valuable documentary photos highlighting the late President’s determination in his quest for national independence, dedication to the Fatherland, the Party and the people, his trust and love for the people, and his integrity, honesty, modesty and thriftiness.

The second category showcases more than 70 photos featuring the entire Party, people, and armed forces' results of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morals and style, in line with the Politburo's Directive 05-CT/TW.

The last section themed worldwide people’s affection for Ho Chi Minh, displays 60 items, including gifts from international friends and autographs of heads of state of other countries made during their visits to the site.
