50 outstanding teachers honored with Vo Truong Toan Awards

This year, 11 education managers and 39 teachers from various schools of all levels in HCM city were awarded. The Vo Truong Toan Awards honors individuals with outstanding contributions to education and training at all levels, and the education sector of HCM City and of Vietnam as a whole.
Mr. Le Hong Son, Director of the Department of Education and Training of HCM City, emphasize that the Vo Truong Toan Awards was organized to honor and return gratitude to all teachers on the occasion of the Vietnamese Teacher’s Day, particularly to those who have overcome all difficulties to fulfill their missions.
At the ceremony, participants were all touched by stories of 3 outstanding teachers, who were also this year’s award winners.
