Cambodian victims of human trafficking repatriated by Vietnam’s police

The six Cambodian women, handed over to the Cambodian authorities, included Noeurn D. (18), Neang T. (17), Thip A. (32), Phal S. (29), Phorn C. (23) Kong S. (18).

Present at the handover ceremony were representatives of the Tay Ninh Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs, the Tay Ninh Provincial Police and the Consulate General of Cambodia.

The six Cambodian women, handed over to the Cambodian authorities, included Noeurn D. (18), Neang T. (17), Thip A. (32), Phal S. (29), Phorn C. (23) Kong S. (18).

On April 26, the Ben Cau District Police and the Criminal Police Division of the Tay Ninh Provincial Police (Vietnam), cooperated with Tan Son Nhat Airport’s authorities (Ho Chi Minh City), caught Ngo Thi Gai (44, residing in Go Dau district, Tay Ninh province) red-handed while she was trying to cheat the above-mentioned six Cambodian women to go to Hanoi with the aim of selling them to China.

Ngo Thi Gai and her sister Ngo Thi Van (42) were also accused of selling 6 other women to China.
