Da Nang waives first semester school fees

Students at any public schools in Da Nang City will not have to pay tuition fees for the first four months of the 2021-2021 academic year according to the latest announcement of the local Education and Training Department.

In particular, students in public kindergarten, secondary and high schools will be exempted from paying tuition fees in accordance with the decision of the city people's council.
The decision does not apply to foreign-invested education institutions at all levels.
Regarding public schools that already collected tuition of the first four months of the academic year, the Da Nang Education and Training Department asked them to return the money.
In the second semester (from January to May 2021), the preschoolers will enjoy new tuition of 15.000 VND to 95.000 VND per child per month.
Meanwhile, the tuition of secondary and high school will range from 15.000 VND to 70.000 VND per student per month depending on the area.
