Ecstasy manufacturers’ line in Hai Phong dismantled

According to investigators, Drug Crime Investigation Police Office arrested two persons who are accused of running a drug manufacturing facility. They are Nguyen Dinh Hung, 43, resident of Ngo Quyen district and Khuc Thi Minh Trang, 33, resident of Le Chan district.

The two persons was caught red-handed by the police while storing synthetic drugs in their apartment. During the arrest of the two persons, the police discovered a large number of devices and equipment used for making drugs.

The subjects then declared that they had joined hands in learning how to make ecstasy. Trang was assigned to buy presses, blenders and dryers and materials, and then delivered to Hung. The man was responsible for making tablets of ecstasy, and for selling the products.

At the investigation agency, the two subjects pleaded guilty, confessing to producing, storing and selling synthetic drugs.
