PSNews - A photo exhibition highlighting the significance of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament kicked off on August 20 in Can Tho city.

The exhibition runs from August 20 to September 9.

On August 20, the Can Tho City Museum opened both a photo exhibition titled "50 years of President Ho Chi Minh's testament" and a painting exhibition on people’s life in resistance wars in the Mekong Delta.

This is a practical activity to mark the 74th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19), National Day (September 2) and 50 years of implementing the President’s testament (1969-2019).

The exhibition showcases 120 photo sets and documents highlighting the life and the process of fighting enemies in the Mekong Delta, thus helping visitors learn more about Vietnamese national history and the artistic value of these special works of art.

This is also a meaningful cultural activity to reaffirm the great values of President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts and morality and his sacred testament.

The exhibition is scheduled to take place until September 9.
