Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on September 12 joined delegates to cut the ribbon to open an exhibition on the theme of 50 years of conservation and promotion of the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Monument in the Presidential Palace.

The exhibition showcases 200 documentary photos of memorable milestones from when President Ho Chi Minh started to stay and work in the relic area until his passing away (1954-1969), as well as the formation, conservation and promotion of the value of the relic area since 1969.
The exhibition was part of a seminar held in Hanoi to discuss results in the conservation and promotion of the relics dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh located in the Presidential Palace over the last five decades.
Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Government, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam expressed his gratitude to the staff of the relics who have collected artefacts and documents related to the beloved president to spread Ho Chi Minh's ideological and moral values during the past 50 years with professionalism and the upmost respect for Uncle Ho.
“Over the past 50 years, the relic site has become a popular destination. President Ho Chi Minh represents the best of us, and is the quintessence of wisdom, dignity, and bravery. Generations of staff working at the relic site have contributed to collecting and spreading President Ho Chi Minh’s moral philosophy”, said Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam.By Thien Minh
