“We have listened to comments from enterprises and the shortcoming has been addressed. The department also reported the situation to the Ministry of Transport and the Vietnam Road Administration,” Hoang Trieu Hung, the department’s deputy director, said.

There may be further adjustments if required, he added.

Sections of the highway that are blocked for construction work are from the junction of Nguyen Van Linh - Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 to Nguyen Binh Khiem - Le Thanh Tong.
