Hanoi is currently building a network of satellite employment service centers in 8 districts of the city to connect two major employment floors under the Hanoi’s Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

The new employment service centers, serving as tentacles of the labor market reaching all districts, have turned out to be effective and gained positive results as the centers have recruited over 25,000 labours for companies and enterprises.
In addition, Hanoi has also well financed loans from the National Fund for Job Assistance with the total amount of above 500 billion VND to create more than 39,000 jobs for labours.
The Municipal Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs continuously provided information about the labor market on its website, helping connect labour supplies to labour demands.
The Hanoi Municipal Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in 2016 also provided unemployment benefits for nearly 40,000 people.
