Hanoi makes public companies with overdue tax payments

PSNews – In early December, the Hanoi Tax Department published a list of 144 businesses with late tax payments amounting to approximately 100 billion VND.

Especifically, there are 136 businesses with their overdue tax amount of over 83 billion VND. In particular, Thanh Nghia Production-Trading- Services Co., ltd. topped the list with 5.8 billion VND of overdue tax debt. It is followed by the Casade Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Hoang Tung Co., Ltd., of which each owes about 4.8 billion VND to the State tax agency.
23 other enterprises have to pay one billion.
There are 8 units with their tax and land rent arrears of about 16 billion VND. The list is topped by the Soc Son Engineering And Steel Structures JSC. The listed also includes the SOTRACO Investment - Mineral MiningCo. Ltd, which has yet to pay 2.8 billion VND of land rent.
In November, the Hanoi Tax Department published 12 lists of 1,636 enterprises with their tax and fee debts of 3,215 billion VND. After that, 732 of the 1,636 listed firms paid over 432 billion VND of tax to the National Budget.
