Hanoi people in the first cold snap of winter

Since last night November 8th, Northern part of Vietnam was finally affected by a fresh cold snap.
The new cold spell, accompanied by rains, has started hammering the northern mountainous region on Sunday night, before reaching the northern and north-central regions, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
