Hoi An disinfected after coronavirus cases detected

Personnel from the Chemical Corps of the Vietnam People’s Army disinfected the famous old town of Hoi An, Quang Nam, on August 2.

According to Nguyen Van Son, Chairman of the Hoi An Municipal People’s Committee, military chemical troops disinfected the entire area of old town, particularly places with infected cases and some major roads of the city. 

11 COVID-19 cases have been detected in Hoi An, and one more suspected case is waiting for testing result. 

Hundreds of people in Hoi An, who had close contact with the infected, have now been quarantined in concentrated zones.
