Miss Universe Vietnam H’Hen Niê presents gifts to ethnic minority students

PSNews – Within the framework of the event “Way to future”, Miss Universe Vietnam H’Hen Niê visited and handed over scholarships to needy ethnic minority students with outstanding academic results on July 21, in Da Nang.  

Despite many preparation plans for the upcoming Miss Universe 2018, Miss Universe Vietnam H’Hen Niê still spent her two-day weekend visiting needy ethnic minority students in Hope Village (Da nang), following a programme named “Way to future” held by VinaCapital Foundation and Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund.

At the meeting with ethnic students, Miss Universe Vietnam H'Hen Niê told everybody about her own stories to overcome negative habits and difficulties, contributing to helping needy ethnic minority students master their dreams and orient their life.

She also hoped that the VinaCapital Foundation and Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund as well as other organizations will continuously pay attention to and encourage needy ethnic minority youths, spreading the compassionate value to the community.

Then, on behalf of the organizing board, Miss H’Hen Niê presented scholarships to needy ethnic minority girls within outstanding academic achievements including tuition and daily fee for 3 years of high schools and 4 years of college/university.

In particular, on this occasion, Miss H’Hen Niê joined social activities with Da Nang Youths with the aim of disseminating information to protect environment.
