Nearly 100 female leaders join training course on leadership and management

The training class attracted the participation of nearly 100 female leaders and managers from ministries and central agencies.

This is a short-term training course aimed at helping female leaders and managers to enhance their management, leadership and strategic vision skills.

Accordingly, some essential skills such as managing and resolving the fundamental issues that female leaders are facing; presentation skills; international communication and press communication skills are introduced in the framework of the training course.

Besides, the role of personal brand in management and leadership as well as the problem between the individual, the nation and the international integration for female civil servants, officers and leaders were also discussed in this training class.
