PSNews - As the State Treasury reported, as of October 31st 2016, the sum that ministries, branches and localities used to buy cars for public purposes is 972.2 billion VND, accounting for 0,11% of the estimates for regular spending of the State Treasury.
The 2016 figure saw a year-on-year fall of 118.8 billion VND. According to the State Treasury, the reduction resulted from its effort to reject out-of-rule proposals for car purchase.
Regarding complex cases or authority exceeding cases, the State Treasury asked the Finance Ministry in document for instructions to deal each individual case.
