Retain the death penalty to Lee Loke Dah for “illicit drugs transportation”

Ho Chi Minh City-To transport over 2.5 heroin kg back Singapore, Lee Loke disguised in 2  peanut and candy  bags, total weight over 2.5 kg

The Supreme People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City (HCM), Vietnam on September 21 at the appellate trial , dismissed an appeal to extenuate penalty, and retain the death penalty to Lee Loke Dah ( born 1976, Singapore nationality) pleaded guilty to  “illicit drugs transportation”

According to forensic documents, April 1-2015, authorities at Da Nang International Airport were during checking-in luggages of Lee Loke Dah on exit to Tawan, discovered the drug in two peanut and candy bags with weight over 2.5 kg.

During investigation process, Lee Loke Dah admitted that entry into Vietnam 3 days ago and book a hotel in 5th Distict, Ho Chi Minh City  to stay in.

After 3 travelling days, around 14 p.m., December 1-2014, Lee was sitting a hotel to await a taxi to take him to Da Nang Airport, when a man whom carried 2 plastic bags with drug to Lee’s seat.

Lee put it in his luggage. When coming to Da Nang Airport to check-in , he was caught in illegal drug transportation.
