Tri Viet presents 25,000 copies from “Seeds for the soul” bookshelf to prisons and centers for disabled people

PSNews – The First News – Tri Viet Company in collaboration with the Library Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism recently presented 25,000 “Seeds for the soul” books to libraries, centers for people with disabilities and prisons nationwide. 

According to First News – Tri Viet, on this occasion, the copyright of the "Seeds of the Soul" bookshelf also includes audio book and braille book for the Vietnamese blind community and prisoners in all prisons nationwide.

For the first time in Vietnam and Asia, artisans have used Phu Yen red stone to create a stone version of "Seed of the soul" book that turned the page by water spray according to the idea of a stone book turning pages by water blasts in Budapest, Hungary since the 19th century.

The unique stone book, which weighs nearly 1 ton, is engraved with 2 famous quotes: “Our lives change in two ways: Through the people we meet and the books we read” by Harvey MacKay, and “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter” by Martin Luther King Jr.

First published in 2002, the “Seeds for the soul” bookshelf consists of over 300 books. It is a collection of meaningful and touching stories about the infinite love, the will and the great sacrifice.
