PSNews - The National Hyfrology Meteorology Forecast Center reports that a low pressure zone has taken shape in Southern areas of the East Sea.

Currently, this low pressure zone is seen at about 7-8 degrees North Latitude and 112-113 degrees East longitude, and is moving toward the West.

Due to the influence of the low pressure groove relating to this low pressure area, the East Sea (including Spratly Islands) might have showers and thunderstorms.

During thunderstorms, there may be tornadoes and strong winds, causing big waves of 1-2 meters.

The northern waters of the Gulf of Tonkin and areas off from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai continue experiencing strong wind of level 6, gusting at level 7-8 and rough seas.

The Northern area of the East Sea (including Paracel Islands) suffered the Southwest monsoon of level 6-7, gust speed at level 8-9 with rough seas with big waves of 2-3 meters.
