Typhoon 9 moving toward Da Nang - Khanh Hoa
PSNews - The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said 9th typhoon is moving fast toward Hoang Sa (Paracel) islands.
On November 27th morning, the typhoon's center was at 15.2 degrees north latitude, 117.1 degrees east longitude, 540km southeast of Hoang Sa islands. The strongest wind speed nearby the storm's center may reach 90 - 100 km per hour, and forces 11-12 in squalls.

In next 24 hours, the typhoon is likely to move north, north - northeast at 5 – 10 km per hour. At 4pm, November 28th, its center will be at 18.6 degrees north latitude; 117.9 degrees east longitude, and the gale’s speed remain unchanged.
After that, the No.9 typhoon may move west - southwest at 10 - 15 km per hour, nearby Hoang Sa islands, and the wind speeds reduce to 62 - 90 km per hour, causing rough seas.
