Nearly eighty Americans and over two hundred of their Vietnamese partners worked together on recovery sites in Quang Binh, and Thua-Thien Hue Provinces during the 136th Joint Field Activity.
Additionally, one Vietnamese led recovery team excavated a site in Quang Ninh Province and a joint investigation team conducted operations in the Central Region of Vietnam.
This past year, both countries commemorated the 30th Anniversary of sustained U.S.-Vietnam joint field activities, marking three decades of cooperation and partnership between the United States of America and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on this humanitarian issue.PSNews
