Various activities held within Meet Vietnam programme

The 13th Meet Vietnam programme features 13 international workshops and five training courses on science in central Binh Dinh province’s Quy Nhon city from March 6-10.

Chairman of the Meet Vietnam Association Tran Thanh Van said the scientific workshops and thematic courses focus on neutrino physics, quantum physics, nanophysics and cosmology alongside those on medicine, mathematics, and communication technology.
The workshops and courses bring together international scientists from around the world to Vietnam to share their latest research results. About 1,700 foreign scientists scheduled to take part in this year’s events and meet with local students and young scientists.
Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha chaired the conference and held a dialogue with foreign scientists on Vietnam’s environmental issues and environmental protection strategies.
