Vietnam-South Korea to build joint flight training center. |
He said that the good outcomes of the two countries' cooperation and South Korea's supports for Vietnam have positively contributed to the country’s development of transportation.
At the meeting, General Director Sang Do Kim revealed that the two sides are working on a joint project to build the Vietnam-Korea Flight Training Center in Vietnam.
When the project is completed, it will train about 500 pilots each year for both countries. South Korea hopes that the Vietnamese side will support and facilitate the construction of the center.
Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Transport Le Dinh Tho agreed with the Korean proposals and assigned the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration, Vietnam Aviation Academy and related agencies to urgently implement the agreement.
